COMPETITION
my competition starts at 4..so went around to help my seniors carry their stuffs back and aso watch the race until mr. lim called me to sit down and dun move about..haha..so me and my da jie wanted to watch the 4x200m finals..so we hurry warm-up and the time is at 3..so we went to run a few rounds round the carpark...and i rushed up towatch them run and do my warm-up upstairs...and then its realli gonna be our turn...we were in the carpark doing scretchings..and then when i was doing my "fast run"..oi heard"......4x800m" but i was not sure if its our division...then i told the team.."i think we gotta report now..." but now of them wans to listen to me...and then sheryl and some ppl were wondering why so late aso haven call yet...then mei shi and chloe went to see...and noe wat?! ALL THE COMPETITORS ARE ALL AT THE STARTING LINE LIAO...we(the 4x800 team) hurry rushed off to the call room and out to the field..we paused at the chair there to change our spikes and took off our track pants and shirt..while phil went to tel the guy we r still dere..when we were changing...we suddenly heard a BANG sound.. THE RACE HAD STARTED WITHOUT US! we were so shock lor..those standing sit down..those sit down lie back...why cant the guy wait for us?! actualli when phil when to look for the guy...the guy wanted to asked the starter to stop for a while..but it was all too late.. the starter had alreadi fired his gun...we were like..so sad lor..our 4x100m...4x200m and 4x400m didnt get anything lor..and we were hopping tt we could get sumthing for dis..we wanted to run dis so much lor...we even tell each other to push oursleves to the end...although we look for mr lim to told him to cancel the race b4...but we were thinking tt..we should try our best to run for dis..becoz we might get sumthig...now we dun even haf a chance to run....and my STUPID sister said we lost..wat rubbish is dis lor?! we didnt even lose...we wanted to try...try...and try! but we just couldnt...ok...i dun wanna tok abt dis anymore liao..i gonna cry liao lor...:'(
haha..yesterdae went for tuition..and came back around 613..veri tired..but i still use the com..use until abt 7..then sleep until forget to eat dinner...still rmb yesterdae forget to press the bus bell..until go to the nect stop..got to walk so far to reach my hse lor..so angry...like tt 'fly' pass my bus stop!!ok..so i slept until the next morning 830..got competition..prepare everything and anything...okok..this is wat happen todae during competition...

todae competition was bad..didnt even qualifly for final lor...so sad leh..but willl try my 200% best tml one...tml will be running 4x800m...quite a tiring event...but must try veri veri veri hard..and dun let the mrs Lee kan shuia wo men...so funni todae can?! my mummi and nanny walk across the field after running her event... and then the speaker say.." FOR UR SAFTY..PLS DO NOT CROSS THE FIELD COZ THE LIGHTNING MIGHT STRUCK U...THE 2 GAL OVER THERE..PLS HURRY..." so funni...and we were laughing and laughing and laughing until our heah drop off...the whole stadium were laughing at them lor..and my mummi knew it when we were at the MRT..haha..so funni..and then at the mrt...ming hwee wore her FBT pants wrong side...veri funni..then went to bishan mac..ate chessburger and 2 ice-cream cone..and then took bus...then ming hwee friends were there...melissa..samantha and her the other 2 guys friends..they veri irritating can..even my mummi aso aso sae they r veri irritating lor..make so much noise..ok...i dun wanna rite liao le..wan to rest...wish me good luck k?haha..bye..:D

todae i went to bishan to train...we did our warm-up..(todae do veri fast..faster than b4)... but i am still like quite slow too lah...do staircase...super tiring lor...ppl do finish liao..i still got 1 more to go...at the 2nd set..i alreadi veri tired liao...after doing all 5 sets...we rested..drank water...and then me and rachel went toilet...when we came back...they were alreadi doing their running...we got to run around the carpark..5 times..again..thet did 5 liao..we are still doing 4...after all those WARMING-UP...we went in and do our full run...so the first event is 4x100m...(x2)then its my turn...4x400m...haha...didnt close the gap actualli...and then...4x200m...cheering for them like xiao lor..the duman high gals keep looking at me lor...haha..malu liao..then keep quiet...but cannot stand it lah..so cheer for them...coz my DA JIE is running wat...cheer for her like mad...she gonna race wif Jasmine on the next trng..noe she can one..she can do it! coz she is a good gal mah...haha..then is 4x800m...didnt do mass run...did the relay way...manage to catch up wif sheryl and widen the gap lah...so..trng is end liao le...and we clean up..make up..do up...and then walk to mac..so wet lor...i went to mini toons wif daddy and emeline..haha..we bullied her...not sae bulli lah..she choose so mani sweets...of course she must pay the most lor...so i went home abt 8.00p.m?! haha..told my mum will be back around 6..dunno y my mother nowadays so good..dun mind me cuming back late lor...haha..stop here liaoz...
COUNTDOWN : 4 MORE DAYS TO SPH RELAY COMPEITION
todae ah..still the same..had trng...actualli wanted to go for the afternoon one too...but onli ariel gg...so me and rachel didn't go..hmm..miss weight trng...so long nah train on tt liao...we did...3 sets of 400m...and then mr lim called us in and tok to us abt the 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m and 4x800m runners and thingy...haha...i had 2 event...4x400m and 4x800m...haiz..both aso 2nd runner..good tt i am not the 1st or 4th runner lah...haha...but 2nd got to run more...ok..so we did our 4x400m...hmm...quite good lah...poor mings and chloe got to run for all 4 event...the whole track team aso went to run the 800m...we didnt run together...mr lim wans us to run all together...haha...was standing next to ariel...and then mr lim shouted..."GO!"...we all ran...ariel is like..robot?SHE RUN SO FAST CAN?! haha...ok..so i was like 10m away frm her all the time...at the last 100m..she sprint..i aso sprint...haiz...can't catch up wif her...so after trng..we did cool down...and dress oursef..the toilet is crowd wif like 10 ppl?!haha..rachel went to change and i climb over the door...i actualli didnt wan to climb so high becoz i dun haf the strenght to support mysef on top...then emeline and lauren pushed me up..i saw rachel's sports bra liao...haha...so funni...so after tt we went to the food junction to eat lunch...was toking abt ghost story...pris..mama(yun lu)..jaclyn...were all so scare...pris covered her ears and closed her eyes..haha..i was telling jaclyn more ghost stori and she was like..." dun say alreadi lah..." haha.. later got dis cleaner cum and clean the dish..ming hwee and yun lu was sreaming lor..oh ya...and the way chloe eat is...SUPER DISGUSTING! she eat and all the juice came out...so disgusting lor...mayb the cleaner look a little like ghost..omg...so malu-ing...everybody in the food court is looking at us lor...haha...so funni..took neoprints too..and tt stupid wynnn asked me to go and help her change her money...and theres $9.30 of coins...haiz..she cant go up becoz she wearing sku uniform mah..haiz so helped her and the aunt scold me?! stupid man..haha...todae was a quite unlucky for me actualli...these r a few things i rmb why i so unlucky...
1) kena scolded frm the aunt which is totally...1000% not my fault...

TRAINING
OK...todae trng is quite ok lah...not so bad like yesterdae...it was a fine dae and we did 100m run(pass baton and tap the baton on ur partner's hand)...did quite ok lah...didnt cum last then ok lah..but we came in 3 time 1st..out of the 5..BUT ITS JUST TRNG!...haha..ok...after tt...we did short passing..one by one...i didnt do tt b4 becoz all the while i was doing middle dis. until mr lim called me to do short dis. todae...but i still got a little knowlegde lah...noe wat to do after like 5mins?! haha...aso did quite ok...but couldnt pass one time becoz my partner gave my tooo mani steps liao...I LOVE SHORT DIS WORK! its so much least tiring than middle dis...so it started raining..my senior said it was just a passing cloud..but it doesnt seem to end at all...so we did in the carpark...now..i went back to do middle dis. work...got to run a long path...up the stair..another long path and down the stair...and u noe wat...WE GOT TO DO 10 sets! super tiring...and dunno my seniors were like going so fast at the 7th set...so got to catch up wif them and at the last part...everybody were sprinting...after trng..we went to J8 to take our 'family pic'..haha...super funni...we were taking like...mad ppl..but came out veri nice..but our background and everything was like...ok lah...oh ya....i saw winnie too...
TUITION
tuition ah...was like 25 mins late?! becoz i reached home around 7.15p.m mah...and tuition start at 7.30p.m...in dis 15 mins...got to bath...make my hair (noe i veri vain lah)..eat dinner...of course i was late...was trying to delay time becoz didnt learn my chinese spelling...but i was not late enough! they were like on the 10th one when there is 17...oh..got to do ting xie now...ok...he went around to mark papers...and when he saw mine..he threw mine on me and its landed on the floor and said nothing...ok...i was superb angry tt time..so i was looking at him wif a veri black face...he tok..i dun reply..he joke..i dun laugh...he tok abt sumthing...i tok back..haha..was toking abt chinese B one..and i said..." my chinese teacher is good to me...so i wun go there and dissapiont her...but if my teacher is u..i alreadi go liao..." i noe its little bad lah..but i was realli veri angry..but i forget abt it after like...1 hr?!...and i joke around...he asked me stay back after tuition...ha asked me if i am unhappi wif him..haha...AND I SAID ALOT OF THINGS ABT HIM...i said..i dunno like u to throw the paper at me wat...and sumthimes i aso dun like ur attitude...then he said wat...wat...wat...aso dunno lah...and he asked..sumting abt him izit bad? and i said...yes...haha..he said he was happi tt i told him the truth...haha..then he asked if we could haf a deal..tt is to haf class peacfully..and i said..depends lor..becoz sumtimes his attitude is veri bad and if i dun like..haha..cant expect me to be veri happi..haha..ok..its like so long liao..okie...bye bye...

okie..shall rite wat happened dunring trng and tuition...hmm...shall start now...
TRAINING
haha...went for trng todae for for the primary sku one..mr Lim told me to go and help him...so i slept early that night...the next morning..i am tooooo tired to wake up...but i told mysef..."must be responsible"...so wake up tiredly and bath and tie my hair and eat a slice of bread and watch tv..knew tt it was quite early so walk slowly to the bus stop...(quite far lah...but i wanna reach there on time...dun wan so early...)and then know wat...LUCKY ME...missed the bus as i walk nearer...getting so anxious..stupid bus didnt cum for like...15 mins?!ok...so was VERI late for trng...everybody had done their warm-up and 'staircase running'...except for me! ok...i hurry do all the things and managed to catch up wif the rest liao...ok..wat i can say abt the primary sku is tt....THEY ARE MURDERER...they run super fast...but i aso can catch up wif them lah...haha...but i realli veri tired after the trng...
TUITION
i had 2 tuition todae one english and one science...ok..shall tok abt the sci first...the sci ah... my teacher was toking abt ghost story?! becoz one of my 'tuition enemy' was reading dis "singapore ghost stories"..haha...her story is quite scary lah...and i aso said sum...then we did experiment...for the element and i fell tt i am like...10000 years nah go for tuition...i dunno anything at all..wat is element? i dunno! wat is compounds? i dunno! wat is mixtures? i dunno!so can u think how poor thing i am...staring into blank space and noe nothing at all...ya.... NOTHING!....we did dis experiment which required us to mix this and tt....dunno wat r they lah...and we aso smell some powder...we aso smell iodine...haha...dis is funni...so listen up...got dis guy...he accidentally poured sum iodine on his shirt and after he came back frm the washroom...his WHOLE SHIRT kena the iodine...haha..quite poor thing lah...

todae had trng at bishan stadium todae...feel quite left out coz nobody tok to me...but i still not sae VERI BORED lah...todae trng quite ok lah...not sae veri tiring...run 5 rounds round the carpark...then stopped...then rest 5 mins...then continue again..did 4 sets...later we did baton passing..haha...my passing so damn lan can...drop the baton twice lor...haiz...i hate to pass baton...mayb always train for mid. dis... nah train for my baton passing...wat we did..we ran abt 50m...but muz b fast one..and got to change partner around everytime we finished a set..haha...didnt noe do how mani sets...saw my partner gonna pass baton to me liao then stand at the pillar these...we trained in the carpark coz its like raining super heavy...but didnt felt cold at all...mayb becoz we are running and sweating like mad dogs..?!?haha...did cool down in the carpark and the floor is super dirty and got to lie onto it..so irritating...later went to the toilet to "wash up"...its super funni in the toilet kan...my da jie and i were climbing over the door to peek at my papa changing..dunno why she so smart...nah change when we climbed over...so we gave up liao...okie...shall tok abt my "outing" todae wif my da jie and papa and verns...
